Chief Joy Officer

Ginger Allen is a seasoned marketing professional with 25+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and consulting. As the Chief Joy Officer and owner of Your Medical Liaison, a full-service marketing agency with offices in Las Vegas and Miami, she is dedicated to fostering a culture of joy—for her team and clients alike. She believes that joyfulness is at the heart of meaningful connections and successful marketing, and she leads a team of like-minded entrepreneurs who share this vision. Together, they provide exceptional marketing representation, including field marketing and digital marketing. Ginger is also passionate about supporting small medical practices and offers one-on-one consulting for start-ups and reorganizations.

Apart from her business endeavors, Ginger is the current President of the Florida Medical Association Alliance non-profit and the Past Co-President of the Clark County Medical Society Alliance in Las Vegas. She is also an active member of the American Medical Association Alliance, and the National Association of Women Business Owners, and also supports several other non-profits and community organizations.

Ginger is the host of The Functional and Integrative Medicine Podcast for Providers which was created to inspire physicians. She also runs the Network of Women Business Owners Facebook group to offer mutual support. Additionally, she is a co-author of the best-selling book Everyday Women’s Guide to Doing What You Love.

In her free time, Ginger enjoys traveling with her husband, taking her two dogs to the dog park, and spending time at the beach with a good book.

Rose helps businesses work smarter, not harder. She partners with founders to organize operations, improve workflows, optimize digital strategies, and build sustainable systems that make everyday work smoother. She blends strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach.

When she’s not mapping out workflows, she enjoys beach trips with her family, cozy café adventures, and ice cream dates with her daughter.

Rose cherishes her family and lives a life anchored in faith and purpose.

Beyond her professional life, Michelle is an elite endurance athlete, competing at the national level in triathlon and long-distance running. This discipline, resilience, and commitment to continuous improvement strongly influence her leadership style and work ethic. She is also a proud parent and a passionate advocate for flexible, remote-first working environments that empower both performance and balance.

Jenna has a professional background as an Executive Assistant and currently works in the software industry. She brings a strong foundation in organization, communication, and operational support, paired with hands-on experience in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Since October 2025, she has also been working in field marketing with YLM, where she supports brand presence, customer engagement, and on-the-ground marketing initiatives. Her combined experience across executive support, technology, and field marketing allows her to adapt quickly, collaborate effectively, and contribute with a high level of professionalism.

Outside of her professional work, she is passionate about health and wellness, fitness, and traveling, and values maintaining a balanced, active lifestyle.

She is also a multi-medium artist and creative freelancer working with physicians, psychologists, therapists, and marketing agencies. Pravin’s journey to brand strategy began while working with digital marketing clients, where he recognized that a clear brand identity, brand positioning and consistent messaging were crucial for success in the digital landscape. This realization, coupled with his natural strengths in pattern recognition and creating order out of chaos, led him to focus on helping businesses with brand strategy to express their unique talents and offerings effectively.

Pravin is an avid learner and keeps himself updated about market and human behavior changes that impact the core of every brand strategy. His passion for pattern recognition has led him to currently study astrology, adding another layer to his understanding of human behavior and
motivation.

As a new father to his daughter, Liv Devi, Pravin finds daily inspiration to become the best version of himself. As part of his daily spiritual practice, Pravin enjoys meditation and barefoot walks with his wife and daughter, connecting with the five elements: earth, water, air, space, and

In 2010, Jaimi began her career as a Medical Field Marketer and was able to utilize her interpersonal skills to build lasting business relationships that assisted in the growth of the company. She believes that hard work and a positive attitude are key elements to being successful both personally and professionally.

Jaimi is a wife and mother of two boys and is also a published author of the book Hope Is Never Lost, written about her family’s journey through childhood cancer. Hi, my name is Lucy. I was born and raised in Mexico and moved to the U.S. after getting married. I’ve been happily married for 17 years and am a proud mom of two kids and a rescue dog mom.

I have several years of customer service experience, including three years as a bank teller at HSBC Mexico and two years working as a restaurant hostess here in Las Vegas. I enjoy working with people and helping things run smoothly.

I love staying active by running, hiking, off-road racing, and especially cardio kickboxing. I also love to travel when I can, enjoy DIY projects, volunteer at my kids’ jiu-jitsu school, and never turn down a good cup of coffee.

When Cathy is not working you can find her socializing with her friends or attending wine events with her husband Dr. Russ Tannenbaum.

Outside of work, George enjoys fitness, running, and spending time with his family.

Mary’s passion for photography is fueled by her constant need to learn and try new creative ideas. She often collaborates with other local photographers.

Mary is a member of WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photographers International) and has studied under some of the top photographers including Sue Bryce and Zach and Jody Gray.

Marcela is a professional Photographer for Your Marketing Liaison clients handling any business related photography needs, including headshots and marketing and advertising campaigns.

Marcela was born and raised in Mexico and received her Bachelor’s degree in Communications in 2009. While in college Marcela worked as a wedding photographer before launching her own bridal magazine, Boda Vida, in 2010. She was the creative force behind the magazine and also handled many other responsibilities, including sales and marketing. Her bridal magazine was sold and she relocated to Las Vegas in 2015.

In the present, Marcela feels grateful to be doing what she loves the most: working as a marketing consultant for Your Marketing Liaison in the Las Vegas area and, on the weekends, busy working as a wedding photographer. Marcela is the owner of Marcella Photography.
