Michelle Balan
Director of Operations

Michelle has over 15 years of experience in office administration and operations management in the events production industry from corporate to live events. After working in the corporate environment, she chose to pursue her dream as an entrepreneur and work as an outsource Director of Operations helping small businesses streamline their systems and processes.

Michelle has a passion for helping others and is a long-term community ambassador. She has an enthusiasm for street outreach, building relationships with vulnerable youth and young adults. Michelle has volunteered and partnered with various organizations, including Southern Nevada Children First, Street Teens, and Vegas Youth Ambassadors, as well as operating a program she created, Community HEAL. She is also an advocate against sex trafficking and is the volunteer chair for BE A SHERO Foundation.

Zarrah Lynn & Lead Copywriter

Zarrah is  an Online Business Manager living in the high desert of Arizona.

She has a diverse background ranging from the craft beer & hospitality industry, to fitness and healthcare, with over a decade worth of experience in creating memorable customer interactions and managing social media platforms.

She enjoys hiking with her family, practicing Aerial silks, and continually learning and refining all aspects of her business and personal development.

Petra Clarke, CA
Social Media Team Manager & Lead Graphic Designer

Petra has over 15 years of experience in customer service and business development in the e-commerce industry. While working in customer service she worked on developing a vast variety of skills that includes virtual assistant, social media management, web, graphics and logo designs.

She is a Survivor who is passionate about social connectedness and advocating to end the stigma on mental health. Petra is transparent in sharing her story and using her Voice.

Petra’s involvement in advocating are as follows: Credentialed Advocate, National Advocate for Victims of Crime, RAINN Volunteer National Speaker, Volunteer for The Cupcake Girls Organization, Advocate Blogger – UnlockedPain.com.

In her free time, she enjoys eating tacos (yummy), continuing self-care to stay well-balanced, spending time with her husband and son, and being part of her new community in beautiful Las Vegas!

Amanda Mignogna
Assistant Marketing Manager | Executive Assistant | Video Editor

Amanda has over 20 years of experience in Graphic Design, Video Production, Administrative Skills, and Event planning.

She loves to travel and learn new things, especially with her son and husband. She is also a substitute teacher and travel agent with a passion for Disney and Universal Studios’ adventures.

Ashleigh Corbin
Field Marketing Supervisor & Executive Assistant

Ashleigh serves as an Executive Assistant and Field Marketing Support. She is a dedicated admin who loves organization and exemplary customer service. Ashleigh is a former business administrator and brings experience, passion and dedication to this job.

In her free time, Ashleigh enjoys spending time with her family. She has been married for nine years and has three beautiful and very busy kids. She loves to embroider in her free time, volunteer at her church and is an advocate for Autism awareness.

Keisha Brown
Field Marketing Support & Virtual Assistant

A remarkable individual whose journey in the world of customer service began at the young age of 21. She embarked on her career with RCCL International cruise lines, where, over the years, she ascended the ranks to ultimately hold the esteemed position of Event Coordinator. In this role, Keisha expertly managed the scheduling and coordination of private events and functions, showcasing her exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

With an impressive track record spanning over 16 years, Keisha has honed her expertise to become a valuable asset in various fields, be it event planning, administrative tasks, or customer service. Her unwavering passion lies in delivering outstanding client experiences, making her a standout professional ready to elevate any project or team she joins.

Brittany Blackshear
Field Marketer

Brittany Blackshear has over 10 years experience in field marketing across the state of Florida. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida which she obtained in 2020. Her previous marketing experience ranges from major, national brands such as Miller Lite, Monster Energy, Whispering Angel Wines as well as chiropractor offices and even notable political candidates. When she is not marketing, she enjoys traveling, barre and Pilates.

Tosca Verducci Vukovics
Field Marketer

Tosca Verducci Vukovics has over 17 years of experience in the field of Medical / Legal Marketing. Born in Northern California, she moved to Las Vegas in 1978, Graduated from Bishop Gorman High School. Las Vegas will always be home.

Tosca has such an outgoing personality. She understands the importance of building lasting relationships for her client’s growth. Always has a positive attitude, hard worker, a smile on her face, organized and is very loyal.

She is married and has two children, a son who is 35, and a daughter who is 28. and let’s not forget Mila the cat. Some of her hobbies are concerts, Football / Hockey games, singing, and planting. Loves making memories with her family and friends.

Jaimi Arburto

Jaimi Aburto has over 10 years of experience in the field of Medical Marketing. A native of Las Vegas Nevada, Jaimi embraced all that Las Vegas had to offer and enjoyed all types of jobs ranging from real estate, cosmetology and hospitality while attending UNLV.

In 2010, Jaimi began her career as a Medical Field Marketer and was able to utilize her interpersonal skills to build lasting business relationships that assisted in the growth of the company. She believes that hard work and a positive attitude are key elements to being successful both personally and professionally.

Jaimi is a wife and mother of two boys and is also a published author of the book Hope Is Never Lost, written about her family’s journey through childhood cancer. She is actively raising awareness through advocacy and annual fundraising events. Jaimi also enjoys cooking, kickboxing and spending time with her family and friends.

Sue has 30+ years of business experience. Her background includes sales and marketing, communications, creative content development, social media management, website design, and management, and business consulting.

Sue is the CEO of Growing Social Biz and provides website design and management services, business coaching and consulting services.

Ruth Furman
Public Relations Specialist

A journalist turned publicist with established media relationships, Ruth launched her marketing communications firm in 2001 and her motto is “Why Keep Your Success A Secret?” She specializes in helping business and individuals shine brighter.

Ruth is the owner of Image Words Public Relations Service and a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners and Nevada Hotel & Lodging Association.

When she’s not helping businesses and non-profits shine brighter, Ruth enjoys coffee and curating quirky content.

Breaunna specializes in copy writing and digital/social media marketing. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, but has been in marketing since 2017.

Breaunna is mother to two toddlers and loves to play board games, go for walks with her GoldenDoodle, and drink Diet Coke. She is passionate about adoption, foster care, and mental health. When she is not chasing her girls, she spends as much time outside as possible, or with her nose in a book.

Course Creator & Funnel Specialist

After spending 9 years in technical support and training and 11 years in marketing, Lisa left the corporate world in 2017 to start her own business, Setup Sidekick. Where she helps coaches and course creators get their businesses set up to scale. Lisa does this with a combination of one-to-one guidance and support along with done-for-you services.

Lisa has worked with a diverse portfolio of clients, in a wide variety of industries. Ranging from nutrition, wellness, mental health, physical health, and marriage coaching, to project management, entrepreneurship, marketing, and business building. Lisa’s main strength is her wide variety of different skills. She is able to help you with anything from building a website or sales page – to setting up a sales funnel – to creating course content, and building out a complete course.

When she’s not helping her clients get their businesses set up for success, Lisa will have her nose in a book cuddled up with one of her house bunnies, or she’ll be outdoors taking a walk with friends or family.

Claudia was born and raised in Mexico and received her Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design in 2009.

Her experience along the years has been working for diverse clients, focusing on branding, advertising and also sales.

Her style can go from clean and simple to funky and colorful. She loves photography and nature.

Nick Maes is a Facebook and Google Ads expert that has a passion for digital marketing. He has a technical background in computer programming and information systems and uses his unique attention to detail to make data-driven decisions in every aspect of the digital campaigns that he oversees.

For as long as Mary can remember, she has possessed a burning passion for photography. She has traveled the country with The Winning Edge, an image consulting group as their photographer to capture the before, during, and after images of their corporate clients including the MGM Resorts International, Mandarin Oriental San Francisco and Las Vegas, and Foxwood’s, Connecticut.

Mary’s passion for photography is fueled by her constant need to learn and try new creative ideas. She often collaborates with other local photographers.

Mary is a member of WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photographers International) and has studied under some of the top photographers including Sue Bryce and Zach and Jody Gray.

Marcela Nelson
Professional Photographer

Marcela is a professional Photographer for Your Marketing Liaison clients handling any business related photography needs, including headshots and marketing and advertising campaigns.

Marcela was born and raised in Mexico and received her Bachelor’s degree in Communications in 2009. While in college Marcela worked as a wedding photographer before launching her own bridal magazine, Boda Vida, in 2010. She was the creative force behind the magazine and also handled many other responsibilities, including sales and marketing. Her bridal magazine was sold and she relocated to Las Vegas in 2015.

In the present, Marcela feels grateful to be doing what she loves the most: working as a marketing consultant for Your Marketing Liaison in the Las Vegas area and, on the weekends, busy working as a wedding photographer. Marcela is the owner of Marcella Photography.
